A Philadelphia landmark, The Touraine is our marquis property. We offer studios all the way up to four bedroom apartments for rent. The Touraine was formerly an elegant residential hotel built in 1917 and designed by Frederick Webber, and we take great care in maintaining that vibe. Inside the Touraine the atmosphere is timeless—light-filled apartments feature hand-carved mantels, hardwood oak floors, original leaded glass, and French doors. The hallways are wide, and in the lobby you’ll find handmade millwork and places to sit and read books from our library. Our gym and yoga room feel decidedly un-gym like. These are quiet spaces which were once part of the old hotel’s grand dining room, with original moldings above, and gargoyles on the walls. To find out more, or to rent your apartment, click here.
