What properties does Spruce Street Commons manage? 
Our properties are all historic apartments and homes with loads of character. We are obsessive about preservation, and strive to make our buildings’ systems as modern and energy efficient as possible.

Where are Spruce Street Commons properties located? 
The Touraine, The Annex, and The Townhouse are all located on the 1500 block of Spruce Street, on a bustling tree lined block in the heart of Center City, just a few minutes walk to Rittenhouse Square.

Garden Court Plaza Apartments is in the Garden Court neighborhood of West Philadelphia and it comprises the majority of the 4700 block of Pine Street (4701 Pine Street, Philadelphia, PA 19143). 

What kinds of rentals do you have?
Our lease terms span 1 – 24 months depending upon the community and apartment home. Our typical lease is 12 months. 

Do you offer furnished apartments? 
We have eclectic and well-appointed furnished apartment homes for stays as short as one night and as long as 21 months.   

What are the services Spruce Street Commons offers residents of their buildings? 
The amenities and services we offer vary a bit from community to community. Expect access to a Fitness Center, complimentary E-recycling, composting,  24/7 maintenance, outdoor space, online rentpay, onsite management, free document shredding, and much more at all our communities.

What benefits do you offer at Spruce Street Commons? 
We offer a full spectrum of benefits to our full-time team members. There are all the standard benefits like dental, medical, and vision.  And then there are the enhanced benefits like discounted legal assistance, elective supplemental insurance, and company paid long and short-term disability. 

Do you offer a 401k plan? 
Yup, and we match our team member’s contribution up to 3%.
