THE ANNEX

Vintage meets modern. We restored two mid 19th century brownstones right next to the Touraine. The two biggest goals of the restoration were to be as environmentally sustainable as possible, and to maintain as many original architectural details as we could. We also gave each apartment a mint green retro fridge. This is the most beautiful walk-up in Philadelphia, and with access to every amenity next door at The Touraine.
