Virtual Touring Options at Spruce Street Commons

Apartment hunting can bring both excitement and stress. For many, a difficult part of the process is making time to tour a potential new home. Doing a walk through apartment tour may be difficult, or impossible, for people who have busy schedules or are looking to secure an apartment before they move to a new city.  Also, in these unprecedented times, many people are limiting their in-person interactions.

To help our future residents, Spruce Street Commons is introducing two new options to virtually experience our historic luxury apartments. Read on to see which option is best for you:

3-D Apartment Walkthroughs

Our 3-D apartment walkthroughs allow future residents to virtually step inside our spacious, restored apartment units. Through the interactive features, users can “walk” through the different rooms in each apartment and view their potential living space from numerous angles. The interactive options add a level of dimension to the feature and mimic the experience of touring a unit in person.

A major pro of using the 3-D apartment walkthrough is that it can be done at any time and does not require an appointment. This makes it perfect for people who have busy schedules or are just casually viewing properties. However, those who are deeper into their search, or looking for a leasing professional to talk to, should consider our next digital viewing option.

Guided Virtual Tours

With our guided virtual tour option, potential residents meet digitally with our Leasing Manager, Nancy Will. In these tours, Nancy walks them through a presentation that covers available units as well as the building amenities, neighborhood, and any other topics that are brought up by the applicant. All guided virtual tours occur over Zoom and can be scheduled by emailing live@sprucestreetcommons.com.

The biggest pro of our guided virtual tours is the ability to “meet” with Nancy. This is perfect for people who have any questions or want to learn more about the building or neighborhood. While this option does require scheduling, our leasing team is flexible and committed to finding a time that works for each potential resident.
